What Andrew speaks on

A range of topics, drawn from the work Andrew does every day.

Andrew doesn't have a single set keynote. These are the themes he keeps coming back to with schools and conferences. Most engagements pull from a few of them and end up shaped around whatever the school is working through.

Building school culture

What culture actually looks like in a building where teachers want to come to work and students want to do hard things. The rituals, the language, and the unsexy habits.

AI and technology in the classroom

How teachers can use AI and ed-tech as a partner, not a threat. Practical moves Andrew has tested in his own classroom, plus where to be careful.

Instructional methods for high expectations

The teaching practices that hold the bar high without leaving kids behind. Rigor that scales — for any subject, any grade.

Helping struggling students

The kids the system has already failed. Culture, motivation, and the methods that work when "just try harder" doesn't.

Leading and coaching kids

What it takes to lead a roomful of teenagers — not just teach them. Relationships, accountability, and the moves that build trust.

Mentoring new teachers

How to keep first- and second-year teachers in the profession. Drawn from Finding Lifelines and from running mentor cohorts in his own school.

AP excellence

The work that took Andrew's class from a 1.9 to a 4.45 average. Rigor, culture, and the program-level moves that move scores.

Custom for your school

Most engagements pull from several of the topics above and reshape into something specific. Tell Andrew what you're working on.

Formats

A spectrum from one room to one district.

Different commitments of time and depth. We can pick whatever fits, then shape it together from there.

Or bring the region to you

Host a regional conference.

Sending one teacher to a conference rarely shifts a whole program. Bringing fifteen regional schools together — each with a 10-person team — tends to. Andrew's team brings the curriculum, the speakers, and the structure. You provide the space, and your team attends free.
